St. Clair College South and Chatham campuses are paid parking facilities.

Anyone parking a vehicle on St. Clair College property must pay through the purchase of a Pay Station Permit from a Pay Station, the use of the Honk Mobile Application, or through the purchase of a Parking Permit from the Parking Department.

St. Clair College issues parking tickets, immobilizes and tows for violations to the parking policies.

Staff and Students at St. Clair College - have access to a self-serve portal through SIS: 

We are pleased to inform you that the College will be transitioning to License Plate Recognition (LPR) software for parking management across all campuses.

Effective Monday, May 4, 2026, parking hang tags will no longer be required. With the implementation of this new system, parking enforcement will identify authorized vehicles by their license plates rather than physical permits.

What this means for you:

• No hang tags required starting May 4, 2026.
• Vehicles must be parked in your appropriate parking lots in accordance to your current account.
• Your license plate will serve as your parking permit.
• Each permit holder may have up to two (2) active vehicles registered at any given time.

With this, all-parking policies will be updated to suit the new system as well as a few other items that have been modified or added. It’s recommended that all individuals review the parking policies as this is how enforcement is regulated. The updated parking policies will be sent out as usual once they are finalized and approved.

Please ensure that your vehicle license plate information is up to date in the College parking system prior to the effective date. Instructions on how to register or update your vehicles is attached.

This change will help modernize campus operations, reduce the need for physical permits, and improve overall parking efficiency.

Parking Ticket Appeals | St. Clair College

To appeal a parking ticket, you must have an account registered with the Parking Office.

Visitor Parking Lot Locations

At Main Windsor Campus, Parking Lots T, H, and Y are designated Visitor Parking Lots and are located throughout the campus for your convenience.

At Chatham Campus, the front lot closest to the main entrance is the designated Visitor Parking Lot.
