Transcript Requests

St. Clair College transcripts are now accessed online in a secure electronic format using the MyCreds™ transcript platform.

St. Clair College has joined the ARUCC National Network called MyCreds™ which provides secure online documents through a learner focused online portable wallet. For more information about MyCreds, please click here.

Transcripts requested from St. Clair College will be delivered through the MyCreds™ Learner Portal. After requesting your transcript, you will receive an email in 1-2 business days with instructions on how to set-up your MyCreds™ account to access your transcript. Please ensure that your email is up to date when requesting your transcript.

Please note: A new pricing structure will take effect on September 2, 2025 for all Transcript Requests:

  • Official Digital Transcripts Only available through MyCreds – $10 per copy, this fee is charged when you access your requested transcript through MyCreds. There is no longer a transcript fee charged as part of your tuition.
  • Unofficial Transcripts available SIS – No charge

For those students who have completed their program: Official transcripts & Graduation letters showing your completion date will not be available until two weeks after your semester end date.

We encourage you to view your Unofficial transcript through your SIS account before submitting a request to get your official transcript to ensure all information is up to date and accurate.

How to Request a Transcript

You may request a transcript via your MySt.Clair account.

Log in into your MySt.Clair account and click on the following button:

MyCreds button for Mystclair

Enter the email id you want to use as your MyCreds login. This email account must belong to the student. Through the MyCreds portal you will have the opportunity to share/send your transcripts.

Alternatively, you can login into your SIS and follow the steps below:

Go to Main Menu > Self Service > Academic Records > Request MyCreds Transcript

Once you log in, enter the email address you want to use as your MyCreds login.
