Students attending St. Clair College can print off their own Proof of Enrolment for the semester that they are currently enrolled in, as well as past semesters. To do this, log in through the SIS - MySt.Clair portal. Once you are logged into your account click on "Self Service". Next on "Academic Records". Finally click on "Print Proof of Enrolment".
Proof of Enrolment letters will print on college letter head and include signature of the Registrar. Should you need an official college seal, you must visit the Registrar's office in person at the Welcome Centre at the Windsor Campus or submit a support ticket indicating you require the official college seal on your Proof of Enrolment letter. The Proof of Enrolment letter will then be mailed to you.
Proof of Enrolment letters will be available:
July - Fall semester
October - Winter semester
March - Spring semester
