Your unit is fully furnished and includes WiFi and cable television. It features laundry facilities and a communal kitchen. You only pay for the 8-month academic year, avoiding a 12-month lease. No need to stress about roommates who don’t pay their bills. Enjoy the convenience of being just a short walk from the College; you can sleep in and still arrive at class on time!

Quittenton Hall (Windsor)

While you could reside off-campus, why would you? Move away from home and embrace the comfort of living independently. You won't have to deal with landlords, commuting, or utility bills. Sleep in and still reach class on time.

GEM Residence (Windsor)

The GEM Residence provides comfortable and secure living accommodations, featuring more than 500 rooms available in single or double occupancy. The primary layout consists of a suite with four rooms, accommodating up to eight residents. Each suite boasts 2 shared bathrooms and a kitchenette. The residence also offers WIFI, on-site laundry facilities, and several spaces to relax, including an outdoor patio, cafeteria, and lounge area.

Rooms are still available for the 2026/2027 academic year.
