You can update your bank information online by logging on to your National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC) account. Or you can complete the Bank Account Change Request Form and fax the completed form to 1-866-658-8801. You can retrieve this form from the National Student Loans Service Centre website at https://www.csnpe-nslsc.canada.ca/en/home or from your Financial Aid Office.
